  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 2–5+ years of experience in tendering/estimation within contracting companies
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, pricing, and BOQ analysis
  • Experience in quantity take-offs and reviewing drawings/specifications
  • Familiarity with subcontractors and supplier sourcing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level is a must)
  • Good understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Knowledge of contracts (e.g., FIDIC) is a plus.
