Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for an HR Section Head. The HR Section Head will lead and manage the human resources team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, developing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and enhancing HR processes to support business goals. The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning to align HR initiatives with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field10:15 Years of experience in HR Experience in the Real Estate Industry is a Must New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
