Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Software Delivery Manager. The Software Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, timelines, and budget. Responsibilities include managing program execution, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices for software delivery. The role also involves monitoring project performance, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications Strong Program Management and Consulting skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering software projects. Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, performance monitoring, and decision-making. Proficiency in Communication to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into accessible terms. Leadership abilities in Team Management to guide, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proven understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience in healthcare or similar industries is an added advantage.
