Senior Systems Analyst / ERP Functional

Requirements Gathering:
Interview stakeholders to understand their needs. Document functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze current systems and identify improvements. System Design & Specification:Design new IT solutions or modify existing ones. Create system models, use cases, data flow diagrams, ERDs, etc. Write system specifications to guide development teams. Feasibility Studies:Conduct cost-benefit analysis. Assess technical, operational, and financial feasibility of proposed systems. Liaison Role:Act as a communicator between end-users and technical teams. Ensure developers understand business needs clearly. Translate technical details into business-friendly language and vice versa. Testing & Quality Assurance:Create test plans and coordinate system testing. Validate system functionality against business requirements. Implementation Support:Assist in system installation and configuration. Train users and prepare user documentation. Provide post-deployment support and maintenance guidance. Project Involvement:Often part of project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in system analysis and design, preferably in ERP systems. Key Skills: - Requirements Analysis. - Database Design. - ERP System Expertise . - Programming & Integration . -Software Project Management – Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. -Effective Communication & Documentation.
