Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Egypt for a German Operations Team Manager. The role involves leading and managing teams to achieve performance targets and ensure seamless daily operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing team productivity, providing coaching and support, analyzing operational data, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The role also includes managing operational strategies to meet client and organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
Strong People Management and Team Management skills with experience coaching, motivating, and developing team members. Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and evaluate performance metrics. Excellent Communication skills in German and English for effective interteam and client communication. Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on achieving organizational goals. Previous experience in a leadership or operations role, preferably in a customer experience or service-related industry. Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
