Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt, where you will serve as an English Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone and other communication channels, ensuring positive customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include providing effective resolutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company protocols and processes. You will also collaborate with team members and report any challenges or recurring issues to supervisors. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and delivering exceptional Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
