Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in New Cairo for the position of Senior Property Consultant. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or investment process. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, conducting market research to assess property values and trends, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The consultant is also expected to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Consulting and Sales with a strong ability to drive results and close deals Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and sustain client relationships In-depth knowledge and experience in the Real Estate market, including familiarity with key areas and developers Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in industry software tools and a strong understanding of market trends Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
