Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering consistent and high-quality assistance across various communication channels, maintaining strong customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience. As a key member of the team, you will also facilitate the resolution of customer challenges efficiently and professionally while adhering to company policies and protocols.
Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience Proficiency in delivering an excellent Customer Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Grads and dropouts English level B2/C1Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a must
