Role Description
Flairs Tech is seeking a full-time C1 English Customer Support professional to join its team on-site in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver effective communication with customers. Additionally, you will ensure a high level of satisfaction by working collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs. This position requires adaptability, as it involves rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English at a C1 level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist and resolve inquiries efficiently Basic experience in English Teaching and Training Knowledge of Translation and related processes Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts within a team-oriented environment Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
