Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional advice and top-notch customer service. Key tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, managing property listings, and staying updated on real estate market trends to offer informed recommendations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as networking with potential buyers and sellers, are critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proven expertise in Real Estate, including property sales and knowledge of real property transactions Strong Sales and negotiation skills Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build valuable client relationships Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cairo, Egypt Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
