  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a significant advantage.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Experience within a firm that interfaces with engineering projects or a manufacturing/operations environment is highly desirable.
  • Essential Skills: Proven expertise in Accounting, Engineering Finance, Finance, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel proficiency is a must), Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Auditing, Compliance (IFRS/GAAP), Team Leadership, Data Analysis, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, and Stakeholder Communication.
