We Are Hiring: Senior Real Estate Sales Executive Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for real estate? Join our growing team at Sodic Eastown and take your career to the next level!

Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their specific real estate needs and preferences. Property Presentation: Professionally showcase a variety of properties, including apartments, villas, lands, and offices. Deal Closing: Lead negotiations to successfully close sales and rental deals. End-to-End Follow-up: Manage the client journey from the initial inquiry to contract signing and commission collection. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Marketing: Actively market properties through various digital and traditional channels. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new real estate projects. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements:Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Brokerage. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and leasing processes. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English. Soft Skills: High level of persuasion, presentation, and organizational skills. Mobility: A personal car is preferred for client visits and site tours. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.

Work Conditions:Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Work Days: 5 days per week (2 days off).
