Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Financial Manager with expertise in construction and real estate project management. The Financial Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budget preparation, cost evaluation, and project financial controls. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cash flow, preparing financial reports, and advising the management team on financial decisions. Collaboration with project teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and resource allocation will also be an essential focus.

Qualifications

Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis Knowledge of construction and real estate financial management Proficiency in cost evaluation and project financial controls Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance practices Proven experience in cash flow management and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and tools Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable
