We are seeking a high-impact Business Growth & Innovation Manager to drive the expansion of our product portfolio across the GCC region. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, spearheading product innovation, and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, possesses deep knowledge of GCC market dynamics, and collaborates effectively across product, marketing, and commercial teams to transform ideas into successful offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion Define and execute growth strategies targeting GCC market entry and expansion. Identify high-potential product opportunities aligned with market needs and trends. Develop scalable and sustainable business models to support growth.
Product Innovation & Go-To-Market Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives (ideation → validation → launch). Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies. Ensure product-market fit through customer insights, testing, and iteration.
Market Intelligence & Insights Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis in the GCC. Translate insights into actionable strategies for business growth. Monitor regional trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.
Partnerships & Business Development Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels. Evaluate investment opportunities and new revenue streams. Support negotiations and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Performance & Business Planning Develop growth forecasts, financial models, and KPIs for new initiatives. Track and report performance of product launches and growth initiatives. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and insights.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth, innovation, and market positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around growth priorities. Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience:
5–8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, consulting, or innovation roles. Proven track record of launching or scaling products in the GCC or comparable markets. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape. Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of financial modeling, business planning, and performance metrics. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on in execution.
