Role Description We are currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English / Spanish) to join our team for night shifts. In this role, you will support international customers, handle inquiries, and provide professional assistance while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. This position offers a competitive salary, fixed shifts, and fixed days off, providing stability and work-life balance.
English level B2 – C1Spanish level B1 – B2Previous customer service / call center experience is preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work night shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Commitment and reliability
