About the Role Supervise Telecom rollout activities within the region.
Responsibilities Support the planning and design of IP backbone network topology (Core, Edge, and Interconnect layers). Assist in capacity planning and traffic forecasting to ensure optimal network performance and scalability. Analyze network utilization trends and propose expansion or optimization plans. Participate in peering, transit, and interconnection planning with external partners. Contribute to IP addressing schemes, routing design, and network segmentation. Support implementation of redundancy and high availability strategies. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams during network upgrades and expansions. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network design diagrams. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IP and transport networks. Assist in vendor evaluation and technical assessments.
Qualifications Excellent Computer skills and problem-solving skills Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering /Telecommunication.
Desirable Qualifications The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient network infrastructure supporting voice, data, and digital services. Required Experience2–3 years of experience to support the design, planning, and optimization of the IP backbone network within a mobile operator environment or relevant role in a vendor/partner.
