The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of multiple large-scale software projects to ensure alignment with client expectations, budget, quality standards, and timelines. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, coordinating efforts across development, QA, operations, and support teams Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet delivery goals Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related communications and escalations Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting to provide transparency on delivery performance and key metrics Drive process improvements and adopt best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and quality Mentor and guide project managers and team leads to enhance project management capabilities within the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field At least 8 years of experience in software delivery management or project management roles Proven track record of managing large, complex delivery programs and cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technology trends
