Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of commercial and innovation projects (e.g., new product launches, line extensions). Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Operations. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry and commercial structure optimization. Align stakeholders across regional and global teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks (PMO, stage-gate processes). Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide clear reporting to leadership. Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities through tools, training, and best practices. Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field Master’s degree is a plus Experience:5–8 years of experience in:Project Management / PMOStrategy / Business Development Commercial or Innovation roles Experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage is highly preferred Exposure to regional or global environments is a strong advantage Skills:Strong project management & stakeholder management skills Ability to lead without direct authority Strategic thinking with strong analytical mindset Excellent communication & presentation skills Experience with project governance frameworks
