Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.3+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Collections or Loan Servicing testing. Strong understanding of:Retail lending products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgages) Collection strategies & workflows Experience with:Test management tools (JIRA, Azure, Test Rail, etc.) Agile/Scrum methodology
