Egy Cham is hiring CRM Manager for one of our clients in Real Estate Brokerage, located in New Cairo.
Role Description Manage the full CRM cycle including lead capturing, distribution, follow-up, and conversion tracking. Ensure proper lead allocation to sales team and monitor follow-up efficiency and response time. Track and analyze sales funnel performance (leads, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, closures). Monitor and improve conversion rates across all stages of the sales cycle. Maintain accuracy and integrity of CRM data, client records, and sales reports. Coordinate with Marketing Team to evaluate lead quality and campaign performance. Work closely with Sales Team to ensure proper client handling and maximize deal closures. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and retention. Lead and manage the CRM / Call Center team, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. From 10 to 15 years of experience in CRM, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in real estate brokerage companies is a must. Strong hands-on experience managing high-volume leads within a real estate brokerage environment. Deep understanding of the real estate sales funnel and conversion optimization techniques. Proven track record in improving conversion rates and reducing lead leakage. Strong experience in call quality monitoring, script development, and coaching sales teams. High attention to detail with strong control over data accuracy, reporting, and CRM governance. New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
