Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Welding / Production Engineering or equivalent.● Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or technical roles, including leadership experience.● Strong background in contract management, sales, procurement, and supplier negotiations.● Experience in pricing strategies, market analysis, and commercial planning.● Knowledge of international standards such as American Welding Society (AWS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).● Strong knowledge of welding inspection and welding defects.● Experience in major projects (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction).● Proficient in ERP systems and reporting.● Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.● Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:● Develop and execute commercial strategy.● Lead Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams.● Manage supplier negotiations and approve purchase orders.● Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients.● Provide technical support before and after sales.● Expand market share and open new markets.● Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Finance.● Report performance to top management.
