Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Campaign Support
- Contribute communication ideas and angles for campaigns, seasonal moments, and launches.
- Support the Marketing Director in translating objectives into messaging and communication plans.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal teams and external vendors/agencies when needed.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone of voice, key messages, and visual/communication guidelines.
Partnerships & Business Collaboration
- Identify and approach potential partners (brands, platforms, corporates, communities, and service providers).
- Propose partnership concepts that support marketing goals (awareness, traffic, and sales).
- Manage partnership execution from idea to launch (scope, timelines, deliverables, approvals).
- Maintain a partnership pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation of outcomes.
Content & Copy Direction
- Draft or guide key copy for announcements, campaigns, collaboration briefs, and partner proposals.
- Review outgoing materials to ensure clarity, brand alignment, and correct information before publishing.
- Work with designers/content creators to deliver assets on time and to the required quality.
Coordination & Reporting
- Track communication activities and partnership performance; share weekly updates and insights.
- Coordinate with retail/branches teams for in-store communication and campaign execution.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and approvals to keep execution smooth and efficient.
KPIs (Success Metrics)
- Number of qualified partnership leads generated per month.
- Number of partnerships launched and their measurable impact (traffic, sales uplift, reach).
- On-time delivery rate of communication/campaign outputs.
- Brand consistency and messaging clarity across channels.
- Number of creative ideas presented per month
