We Are Hiring: Customer Agent Location: Mohandiseen Job Type: On-Site – Shift Based 12h Job Summary We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and effective support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires Saudi Arabic fluency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments as needed. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for follow-up and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to address customer needs. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client support. Fluent in Saudi Arabic and English . Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work 12-hour shifts reliably. Experience as a Moderator on digital platforms is required.
