Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, coordinating team activities, providing support and training for team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves analyzing sales data and reporting on progress to senior management.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and developing sales strategies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and data analysis Understanding of the real estate market is highly desirable Ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in on-site roles is an advantage
