Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Markaz Tanta for a dynamic and skilled professional. The role involves overseeing recruiting processes, conducting interviews, hiring talented individuals, and managing employee training. The candidate will also be responsible for promoting clear and effective communication among team members to ensure operational success.

Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes Proficiency in Training and Development strategies Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively and support team operations Proven organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
