Role Description This is a full-time on-site Secretary role located in Heliopolis. The Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, maintain records, and manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings. Additional responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for internal and external communication, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department or office. The role will also include providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are delivered. Qualifications Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, data entry, and office management tasks Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate both internal and external coordination Experience in Company Secretarial Work, including managing meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes Competence in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as providing direct support to leadership or management Customer Service experience to efficiently address inquiries, concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field is preferred Salary: 7000 EGP + Bonus
