  • Security Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive security plans for all company branches and factories, updating them regularly to address evolving risks.
  • Guard Management: Direct supervision of security personnel (whether internal hires or outsourced companies), assigning tasks and shifts to ensure full 24-hour coverage.
  • Access Control: Monitor and enforce control over entry and exit through factory gates (employees, visitors, clients, vehicles, goods).
  • Assets Security: Oversee the movement of trucks, raw materials, and finished products, verifying permits to prevent theft or tampering.
  • Surveillance and Alarm Systems: Supervise the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, fire alarms, and access control systems.
  • Warehouse Oversight: Collaborate with internal monitoring to supervise warehouse doors, especially for goods entering and exiting, ensuring they match delivery or release permits.
  • Incident Recording: Document all violations and security observations in designated records.
  • Work Records: Ensure proper maintenance of security logs, registers, and documents, as well as attendance and departure records of security staff.
  • Administrative Investigations: Conduct preliminary investigations into theft, damages, or policy breaches, and submit reports and recommendations to the Legal Affairs Department.
  • External Coordination: Represent the company before official security and regulatory authorities, coordinating efforts during emergencies.
  • Risk and Crisis Management: Develop evacuation and emergency plans, conduct regular drills, and respond immediately to crises that may disrupt operations.
  • Budget Preparation: Draft the annual security department budget and monitor expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Food Defense Awareness: Be knowledgeable about food defense requirements to prevent intentional product contamination.
  • Field Presence: Maintain continuous on-site presence in factories and warehouses.
  • Emergency Availability: Be prepared for call-ins during emergencies outside official working hours.
