Job Details

1. Technical Support

  • Provide first- and second-level support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals

2. Systems & Network Administration

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability

3. Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain IT security measures
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and threats
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards

4. Software & Hardware Management

  • Install and update software applications
  • Manage IT inventory (hardware, licenses, assets)
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain IT documentation (systems, procedures, troubleshooting guides)
  • Track and report IT issues and resolutions
  • Create user manuals and training materials

6. Projects & Improvements

  • Support IT projects and system upgrades
  • Recommend improvements to IT infrastructure
