Job Details

Sales is the locomotive of the commercial department and the one executing the commercial strategy. The main duties are the selling and the promotion of the maritime and the non -maritime products in addition to boosting the agency overall market identification.
Responsibilities Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the agency sales’ segmentation is correct and up to date Plan and conduct commercial visits as per agency sales’ segmentation Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce,VAS, intermodal, CEVA…) Identify the commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve revenues according to commercial strategy. Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM (ex-Opportunities, lead, contacts) Meet targets in SVPC (Sales Visits Phone Calls) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics. Relay pricing requests from customers to Sales Support, relay other requests from customers to Customer Care
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales or related field3+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
