About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Team Leader – Media Buying to drive and scale our performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on the Saudi Arabian market and e Learning / training programs. This is not a traditional role — we are seeking a strategic leader + hands-on expert who can build, manage, and scale a high-performing media buying team while delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media buyers to achieve performance targets Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns ($50K+ monthly) Drive qualified leads for professional training programs (PMP, HR, Supply Chain, Power BI, etc.) Manage campaigns across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) Snapchat, Tik Tok, Linked InBuild and implement full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Retargeting → Conversion) Analyze and optimize key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate Implement advanced tracking systems:GA4Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Pixel & Conversion APIProvide data-driven insights and scaling strategies to senior management Stay updated on Saudi market trends, seasonality, and audience behavior
Requirements5–7+ years in Media Buying / Performance Marketing2+ years targeting the Saudi (KSA) market is a MUSTProven experience in e Learning / online education lead generation Previous experience managing or leading a team Strong experience handling large advertising budgets ($50K+/month) Advanced analytical mindset with strong reporting skills Deep understanding of multi-channel paid media strategy
