Marketing Supervisor

Job Description
A highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Supervisor responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting revenue targets through strategic and data-driven marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, coach, and develop the marketing team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing continuous feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and professional growth.

Strategic Planning:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with the company’s vision, market positioning, and business goals.

Campaign Management:
Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and post-campaign analysis across digital and traditional channels.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and interpret marketing data (KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, engagement metrics), and generate actionable insights to improve performance.

Digital Marketing Oversight:
Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to maximize online visibility and lead generation.

Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by reviewing marketing materials and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business operations.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor strategies, and translate findings into actionable plans.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.

Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance outcomes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
4 - 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes
