Job Details

  • Searching for new clients by conducting regular visits for construction sites to enforce sales leads to expand the business and achieve annual growth in the sales in his area.
  • Conducting technical presentations with the consultants and contracts to demonstrate how a product will meet the client needs in a professional direction and be approved in their vendor lists.
  • Handling the company existing accounts (small and medium sized) to enhance customers relationships complying with the sales strategic vision and objective.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to fulfill client`s requirements and needs on time and solve any problems.
  • Provide the sales manager with any needed data or reports to support the business.
  • Managing all the needs/requirements for existing accounts by conducting regular visits to satisfy the clients’ needs.
  • Preparing offers, negotiating contract terms, and solving problems to close deals complying with the company’s sales policy.
  • Achieving sales target (quarterly/ annually) with respect to the milestones for the sales plan and taking in consideration the varieties of the segments/ sectors from the market’s share.
  • Preparing continuous reports about the market and the clients to be able to get new opportunities.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data to build a comprehensive client database.
