Role Description Royal Coating is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for an on-site role located in 6th of October. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. Key duties also include market analysis, pipeline management, sales reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
Qualifications Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets Proficient in Market Analysis, Pipeline Management, and Sales Reporting Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills Experience in the paints, coatings, or chemical industries is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Fluency in both English and Arabic is a strong advantage Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work on-site in 6th of October
