Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (English speaker B2) for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will provide an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics. Candidates will also be expected to escalate complex cases to the appropriate department, maintain accurate records of interactions, and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction. Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer engagement. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
