1-Select and set up the required lab equipment for tests, experiments, and analyses.
2- Prepare procedures and manuals for education and analysis activities using standard operating
 procedures (SOP’s) and assist in developing new experiments for courses.
3-Keep lab-equipment database (suppliers, operation cost, catalogs, working procedures,
4- maintenance request from suppliers, calibration requirements, Lab logbook, lab equipment, lab
 supplies, …, etc.)
5- Inspect electronic components, and equipment consumables and order more as required on a
 regular basis.
6- Train and support other personnel, teaching assistants, students, and researchers.
7- Implement the regulations, procedures, and quality control programs as well as health,
 environmental and safety levels required for the labs.
8- Continues develop improved processes and methods for the labs.
9- Perform financial, procurement, and asset management of lab equipment/supplies.
 10- Keep the laboratory neat and clean.
 11- Keep up to date with field advancements and share new knowledge with colleagues. Support
12-continuous upgrade of experiments and design of new experiments using latest. scientific
 methods, techniques, and computer software.
13- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her within the limits, functions, and responsibilities of
 the position from the line manager.
