Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role located in New Cairo. The Junior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, presenting sales pitches, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and participating in training programs to enhance sales skills and performance.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and developing client networks Experience or eagerness to learn in Sales Management and Training to contribute to team growth and collaboration Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
