P&L Ownership: Full accountability for financial performance, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand distribution networks. Export & Trade Management: Oversee end-to-end export operations, regulatory compliance, and international trade strategies. Commercial & Financial Acumen: Manage pricing strategies, cost optimization, and risk management to maximize business value. Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless supply chain, manufacturing efficiency, and market-responsive product strategies. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global leadership, government authorities, and industry partners to strengthen market presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Top-level Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a Business Head/CEO/GM/Commercial Director role within the FMCG sector. Strong Commercial & Sales Expertise: Experience in leading sales, exports, and market expansion across multiple regions. P&L and Financial Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing large-scale operations, revenue targets, and profitability. FMCG Industry Insight: Deep understanding of consumer trends, trade dynamics, and market regulations in Europe & Africa.
