• Prepare and maintain accurate handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on the handover progress and addressing any concerns.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the handover process.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential handover issues to minimize delays and ensure client satisfaction.
