Production Management

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations for pasta or sauce production lines.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase productivity.

Quality & Food Safety

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards within the production area.

Operational Efficiency

  • Analyze production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor raw material usage and minimize production losses.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper functioning of production equipment.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors and operators.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability among the manufacturing team.
  • Evaluate employee performance and support workforce development.

Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and manpower for production schedules.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare production reports, performance analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
