We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling industrial solutions and machinery, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through a consultative, solution-based approach.
The Sales Engineer will act as a key link between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Present, promote, and sell company machinery and technical solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct technical and commercial meetings to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Perform site visits and technical assessments when required.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Travel to industrial areas locally and internationally as required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
