Job Details

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Mentor or guide junior recruiters or HR staff when required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
