Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform and review bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during audit processes.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
