  • Preventive Maintenance: Design and execute schedules for all factory machinery systems to maximize uptime.
  • Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across all production machinery, including CNC Laser, CNC Punching, Fiber Cutting , Laser Welding  and Bending machines.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory and source components from local and international suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise technicians, and provide technical training.
    Conduct tests on equipment samples and Record the results of sample tests on paper and on the computer. 
  • Preparing the laboratory’s Documentation   system for laboratory accreditation.
