We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of the fuel station, ensure smooth service for customers, manage staff, monitor fuel inventory, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. The manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, controlling operational costs, and ensuring the station operates efficiently and safely.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

Operations Management

 

 

Supervise the daily operations of the gas station including fueling, convenience store activities, and customer service.

Ensure the station operates according to company policies and safety regulations.

Monitor fuel pumps, tanks, and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Ensure station cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance.

 

 

 

Staff Management

 

 

Recruit, train, and supervise station employees and shift supervisors.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Ensure employees follow operational and safety procedures.

Evaluate staff performance and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

 

 

 

Inventory & Fuel Management

 

 

Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate fuel deliveries.

Ensure accurate fuel measurement and avoid shortages or losses.

Manage inventory for shop products, lubricants, and accessories.

 

 

 

Financial & Sales Management

 

 

Manage daily cash handling, sales reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Monitor station sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Control expenses and minimize operational losses.

Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

 

 

 

Safety & Compliance

 

 

Ensure strict compliance with fire safety and petroleum handling regulations.

Conduct regular safety checks of tanks, pumps, and equipment.

Train staff on emergency procedures and safety protocols.

 

 

 

Customer Service

 

 

Ensure high-quality customer service at the station.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
