IT Support & Operations

• Lead the IT support team in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure efficient IT service delivery across factory operations and administrative departments.

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals and operational requirements.

Manufacturing Systems Support

• Support production and factory systems including automation interfaces, production reporting systems, and manufacturing software.
