Responsible for maintaining the accurate and updated records of project documentation in both of hard copy and electronic formats. The Document Controller shall be responsible for the following:
- Controls the documents distribution as per MTS policy.
- Controlling the timely distribution of documentation as per project requirements.
- Keeping an updated copy of all documents and ensure the timely and formal distribution to all involves parties.
- Filing of all communication documents with all parties involved in the project. This includes Authorities, Regulatory bodies, Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and MTS internal communication.
- Supporting the preparation of progress reports by supplying the required documents
- Ensuring the preparation of the final documents required by Authorities during the Project Delivery Phase in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensuring the preparation of the documents required by Facility Management team after the project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of proven work experience in similar post.
- Familiarity with projects that involves International Consultants or Contractors.
- Ability to use Computer software (MS Office)
