Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior Site Architect. The role involves overseeing architectural activities on project sites, ensuring the implementation of designs meets the approved plans and quality standards. The Senior Site Architect will collaborate closely with project teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with other disciplines. This position also includes participation in project management tasks, resolving design conflicts, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Proficient in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural processes Skilled in Project Management, including coordination, planning, and delivery Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex site operations Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards Experience in overseeing large-scale construction or architectural projects Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Proficiency with CAD software and other architectural tools; experience with BIM is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in the consultancy field is highly desirable
