Job Responsibilities:Set up Department Process and Work Instructions and monitors Implementation. Setting up New Raw Material and Products on Company Designated Platform. Oversees Laboratory Activities related to production Samples Testing and Approvals along with LAB team. Keeps daily records for all Production Orders and Samples Track Records. Works daily with Production Team on Samples Testing and Approvals. Responsible for Testing any received Raw Material/Product prior Warehouse Approval. Responsible for Testing, Dispatched Raw Material/Product prior Warehouse Approval. Check quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products as well as the production procedures. Run tests, keep a record of defects, analyzing products, and overseeing procedures. Work from a variety of locations, from assembly lines to laboratories or a quality control department. . Approving subject processes, specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests, inspectors monitor the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, Inspect, test, or measure materials, using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, as well as operating electronic inspection equipment to ensure that all necessary procedures and products inspected to required standard/QCP. Provide Recommendations for any process modifications Key Responsibilities: Quality Technical and Document Review and Control Process Review and updates Production Orders and Samples Track Records Aptitude for Math and Technical skills Man Power Planning Technical Trainings Planning Safety Compliance Quality and Service Delivery Compliance General LAB and QAQC Activities, Competency and Performance Control Main Requirements and Competencies:Chemist Degree or Similar Preference Minimum 10 years Experience.
