Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist with Misr Life Insurance – Takaful. Based in Qesm El Maadi, the role includes a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining insurance products, customizing coverage solutions, guiding customers through the policy selection process, and building strong client relationships. This role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Comprehensive knowledge of Health Insurance and life insurance products Strong Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting Prior experience in the takaful insurance sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in Arabic is required; English language skills are advantageous
