  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, plumbing networks, and fire-fighting systems across managed facilities.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate technical performance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
  • Supervise and support mechanical technicians and maintenance teams across projects.
  • Review and approve maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments including QHSE, operations, and project teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures or operational issues.
  • Participate in technical audits, inspections, and client meetings when required.
  • Assist in budget preparation, spare parts planning, and cost control related to mechanical maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
